Eden Suite is built on a simple foundation: workspace boundaries are strict security boundaries. Your fellowship's discussions, member demographics, giving receipts, and pastoral care requests belong exclusively to your organization.

1. Workspace Isolation & Security

Data from one fellowship or workspace never leaks into another. Every query executed via Convex is scoped strictly by workspace membership and role-based permissions (RBAC).

2. Constituent & Member Records

Personal contact information, household relationships, baptism records, and attendance histories entered into Eden CRM remain the private property of your church. We do not sell, rent, or monetize constituent data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.

3. Financial Giving Data

Tithe and contribution transactions are processed via bank-grade tokenized payment rails. Detailed giving histories and annual tax statements are accessible only by authorized financial administrators within your workspace.

4. Mobile & Offline Storage

Eden OS stores cached messages and draft notes locally on your device via encrypted SQLite storage. This data syncs securely with Convex the moment your device reconnects to a reliable network.

5. Data Export & Ownership

You own your data. Workspace administrators can export member directories, giving statements, and conversation logs in standard JSON or CSV formats at any time.
